How Do I Update My Contact Details on Bookvault?

Learn how to update the contact information linked to your Bookvault account and what to do if you need to change your email address.

You can update most of your contact information yourself from the Profile page within your Bookvault account.

How to update your contact details

  1. Log in to your Bookvault account.
  2. Select Profile from the navigation menu on the left-hand side.
  3. Update the contact details you need to change.
  4. Save your changes.

Your Profile page allows you to edit your contact information without needing to contact the Bookvault support team.

Can I change my email address here?

No. Your email address can't be changed from the Profile page.

If you need to change the email address associated with your account, you'll need to contact Bookvault and confirm your current and new email addresses.
