How Do I Change the Email Address on My Bookvault Account?

For security reasons, you can't change your account email address yourself within Bookvault. Our support team will need to update it for you.

If you still have access to your current email address

Email customers@bookvault.app from the email address currently registered to your Bookvault account.

In your message, include:

• Your current registered email address
• The new email address you'd like to use

Our team can then update the email address associated with your account.

What if I no longer have access to my registered email address?

If you can't send the request from your existing registered email address, we'll need to verify that you're the account holder before making the change.

Please provide as much account information as possible, such as:

• Your billing address
• ISBNs registered to your account
• Recent order or receipt numbers
• Any other relevant account information that can help confirm ownership

Once your identity has been verified, our team can update the email address on your account.

How do I log in after my email address has been changed?

Once the change has been completed, simply log in to Bookvault using your new email address and your existing password.

Changing other contact details

If you only need to change other contact information, such as your address or contact details, you can do this yourself from the Profile page in your Bookvault account.
