Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee your book is available in all the Amazon territories that we have a presence in. Our system will send an electronic feed to them - in most instances, this is accepted and will be listed for sale.
Here are a couple of reasons why the book may not be available yet;
- Future publication date - we do not offer pre-orders with Amazon, so if the publication date you have added is in the future, we will send the feed to Amazon on that publication date, and then there would be the processing time mentioned below.
- Processing time - we can see that the processing time of feeds and visibility onto Amazon can take anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks
- Mismatch of data - a common issue we have for Amazon rejecting feeds is that the information added in Bookvault, is not matching what has been published and registered with the book. An example of this could be that the imprint is added as 'Bookvault', when it has been officially registered as 'Bookvault Publishing'.
