What can't I see all orders in 'View an Order'

Any orders placed through retailers such as Amazon, Gardners, Pubeasy or The Great British Bookshop do not show in the 'View an Order' section of your portal, the only orders that will show there are one's you have placed, or ones that have come from direct sales (Wix/WooCommerce/Shopify).

You can see how many sales you've made through Amazon/Gardners etc on the 'Reporting' tab of your portal.
