Why Does My Bookvault Payment Not Match a Single Order?

Find out why a Bookvault payment may cover more than one order and how to check the transactions on your account.

If a payment from Bookvault doesn't appear to match the total of a single order, it may be because multiple orders have been included in one payment charge.

Can Bookvault combine payments for multiple orders?

Yes. When multiple orders are placed close together, Bookvault may process them as a single combined payment rather than creating a separate payment transaction for each order.

This can mean the amount shown on your payment receipt or bank statement doesn't match the cost of one individual Bookvault order.

How can I check what I've been charged for?

Go to the Payments page in your Bookvault account and review your transaction history.

Your Payments page shows your account transactions, including orders, account top-ups and credits.

If you've recently placed several orders, compare the transactions in your account rather than checking the payment against just one order.

What if I still don't recognise the amount?

If you've checked your Bookvault transaction history and still can't identify the payment, contact Bookvault support.

Include the payment amount and any relevant order or invoice numbers so the team can check the transactions on your account.
