Why are all my details not visible on the TGBBS listing?

Find out why some book information may initially be missing from your listing on The Great British Book Shop (TGBBS) and how long it can take for the full listing to appear.

When a book is first listed from Bookvault to The Great British Book Shop (TGBBS), our system initially sends only the essential information. This helps speed up the upload process and reduce loading times.

The initial information includes:

  • ISBN
  • Description
  • Cover image
  • Pricing

When will the rest of my book details appear?

Don't worry if some information isn't immediately visible.

Within 24 hours, our system will automatically update the TGBBS listing with the remaining details to complete the information.

What if information is still missing after 24 hours?

If your book has been live on TGBBS for more than 24 hours and the listing still appears incomplete, please raise a support ticket through your Bookvault account.

Our team can then take a look and help resolve the issue.
