Our system pulls retail information directly from the Nielsen database and will autofill all the necessary information that they provide. This warning will occur when we cannot find the information with the Nielsen database.
This warning can appear for a multitude of reasons, such as
- The book hasn't been published and registered with Nielsen or was registered with an alternative ISBN registry
- If the Nielsen enhanced services is not opted for on an ISBN
- If you are trying to soon after registering the ISBN and this has not populated through Nielsen's database.
So long as the information you have added on Bookvault matches what you have registered with your ISBN, then there should be no issues with listings so you can simply ignore this.
