For shipments to the UK
When you are placing an order on Bookvault, and input your addresses, the relevant services and costs will be indicated. You can also get this from our quote tool too! These services can change, at present we offer Royal Mail, Delivery Group & DPD.
We also have pallet deliveries available for larger orders, once your order is eligible for this, it will show this service when you are placing an order or on our quote tool.
If you are local to our warehouse, you can also opt for collection, but would need to setup your account for that, if you email our team on customers@bookvault.app to request this.
For shipments to the US
For shipments destined to the US, we will offer a tracked consolidator service, find out more about our USPS consolidator service here. Our other offering for shipments to the US would be through the Delivery Group who will use the local postal services.
For shipments elsewhere
For shipments anywhere else, we would ship by FedEx or The Delivery Group
