I have updated my cover, why is my thumbnail image not updating?

The thumbnails are only created by our system when you initially upload your files for the first time. Do not worry if your thumbnail image is different to the files you have recently uploaded, you can download and check the associated files to make sure! See our guide here

You can manually request a new thumbnail to be generated on the system by heading to https://portal.bookvault.app/distribution and then clicking 'View Listings' on the desired title. You can then click the 'Request New Image' button, within the next 24 hours this should then update.
