There is no thumbnail image for my book - it says 'Image Coming Soon'

Our system generates the thumbnail images automatically from the PDF file you supply for the cover - this is not an instant process so can take a bit of time after you have uploaded your files. 

If the thumbnail is still not generated 48hrs after our system having accepted your files - you can manually request the system generates one. 

Head to 'Manage distribution' and click the 'view listings' option on the title you want, you'll then see an option to 'Request New Image' - Give it a couple hours (sometimes longer) and you're all good to go!
