Our system generates the thumbnail images automatically from the PDF file you supply for the cover - this is not an instant process so can take a bit of time after you have uploaded your files.
If the thumbnail is still not generated 48hrs after our system having accepted your files - please raise a support ticket through Bookvault, or request this via email to our main line on customers@bookvault.app
