My WooCommerce Store Isn't Working

Having trouble with your WooCommerce store?

The Bookvault app is used by hundreds of authors to place orders each day. Generally, setting up your store is a simple process, however sometimes issues can occur during the installation process. 

WooCommerce is fantastic in the fact that you have the freedom to change anything, but with that - it also brings its challenges in the fact that anything can be changed. This can create conflicts when installing using the Bookvault App, when your stores functionality or setup is different to what we're expecting.

Useful things to try?

  • Have you followed the setup guide to get your store up and running? If not we'd recommend giving it a watch here! You can also download our setup guide here.
  • Try temporality disabling any security apps - security apps can sometimes block unusual activity. If it's the first time using the app this could be the cause. Try whitelisting Bookvaults IP (185.81.192.96)
  • Organise a call with one of our team. This can be done here. Alternatively, you can raise a ticket through your bookvault account
    • If the team are unable to fix the issue over the phone, a ticket will be raised with one of out IT team to investigate the issue. If this is the case, our aim is to provide an initial response within 3 working days to allow us time to diagnose the issue.
    • We'll try our best to fix the issue, but we may only be able to offer advice on changes you can make on your store to get things up and running.
