If orders destined to the US are still being produced by our UK facility, the usual cause of this is the ranked locations not being set up, if you follow the below instructions to set this up.
If you go to your Shopify store and follow the below
Settings >
Shipping and Delivery >
Click on 'Manage' on the Order Routing field >
Click on 'Manage' on Use Ranked Locations
Ensure your settings are grouped in similar fashion to the screenshot with your store address at top, Bookvault US as the next group, then Bookvault UK as the next
