My order is stuck at 'Sent to print' (Bookvault Partners)

With the our print partners in the US, Canada and Australia,  we do not get a feed when the order is printed, but only when it is dispatched - so you should see both the printed and packed update at the same point.

If you have a concern over the time it's taking to print (Standard production time is around 5 working days with our print partners) then please raise a ticket or contact our customer service team on customers@bookvault.app and we'll be happy to look into it.
