My order is stuck at 'Sent to print' (Bookvault Partners)

If your Bookvault order is being produced by one of our print partners in the US, Canada or Australia, you may notice that your order remains at ‘Sent to Print’ for a while before the status changes.

This is normal. With our print partners, we don't receive a status update when an order has finished printing. Instead, we receive the next update once the order has been dispatched.

Because of this, you may see the Printed and Packed status updates appear at the same time rather than individually as your order progresses.

How long does printing take with Bookvault’s print partners?

Our standard production time is around 5 working days with our print partners.
