Your order will go through as a large batch of other book orders, as soon as orders from a particular days report are printed, it will update as 'Printed'. So does not relate directly to your order, but orders placed on that same day & same report (standard, express, priority etc).
If your order has started to fall outside our standard turnaround times, we would then advise getting in touch through the 'Support' page on Bookvault to contact our team to look into this for you.
