My book hasn't arrived how I expected it?

In the event that you receive your book and it isn’t quite as you expected, or if there is any defect. We ask if you can send any images clearly displaying this to our team on customers@bookvault.app.

If we need to investigate further we will arrange the collection of the faulty books back to our warehouse. Once we have done our checks we would either reprint and send out new copies - or credit the value back to your account.
