Is Bookvault White Labelled and What Will My Customer See?

Find out what your customers will see when Bookvault prints and ships an order directly to them, including packaging, branding and return addresses.

Yes. Bookvault operates as a white-label fulfilment service, allowing you to send books directly to your customers without Bookvault branding appearing on the packaging.

Will Bookvault branding appear on my order?

No. Bookvault orders are shipped in plain packaging without Bookvault logos, identifiers or costs.

This means you can sell directly to your customers while keeping the customer experience focused on your own brand.

What return address will appear on the packaging?

This depends on the courier, as some shipping labels don't include a return address.

Where a return address is required, it will be addressed to either Copytech or PrintOnDemand.

Can I include my own branding with the order?

Yes, for orders being fulfilled by Bookvault UK.

You can use the Supplementary PDF option to include your own customer-facing document with the shipment, such as:

  • a welcome or thank-you letter
  • your own invoice or receipt
  • branded customer information
  • a promotional insert

Supplementary PDFs are currently supported for orders sent from Bookvault UK and must be 10 pages or fewer.

Will Bookvault include its own invoice or prices?

No. Bookvault doesn't include an invoice or receipt showing the cost of the goods when you're sending an order directly to your customer.

This helps maintain the white-label experience when Bookvault is fulfilling orders on your behalf.
