How Do I Delist a Book From Sale?

f you no longer want your book available for sale, there are two ways to delist your title through Bookvault.

You can cancel the title on the Bookvault platform.

This will stop future sales from coming through and trigger our system to remove the relevant listings of your book from sale.

Alternatively, go to the Manage Distribution page in your Bookvault account.

From here, untoggle the sales options for:

This will remove the title from the selected sales channels.

Bookvault does not currently offer retailer-by-retailer removal within the wider distribution network.

For example, you cannot remove a title from Amazon while keeping the same title active across the rest of Bookvault’s wider retail network.

If you no longer want the book supplied through wider distribution, go to Manage Distribution and turn off the wider retail distribution option.

You can still keep the title available through Bookvault’s own sales channels if required.

If you have turned off the relevant distribution option or cancelled the title and the change has not taken effect, contact Bookvault support.

Allow around 24 hours for distribution changes to propagate before reporting the issue.
