You are able to downgrade your account directly from the Bookvault portal, on the 'Your Plan' page, you can select the 'Downgrade Now' button against whichever plan you would like to revert your account back to.
Once this been done, your account would then indicate the date in which the downgrading would commence - this is a month from the initial payment subscription started.
