I sell other products on my store but it is now showing Bookvault's shipping rates [s]

If you are selling other products on your store that you may fulfill yourself, or another provider - you would need to setup something on WooCommerce to work with 'Shipping Classes'. This is a query best suited for WooCommerce if you are having any issues, but there is some documentation they have on how to setup this as well as a video - access that here.
