If you have registered for an IOSS code, this can be added to your Bookvault account so we send this information across with the couriers to aid through customs. You would add this on your profile page and this would then be possible to select when placing a manual order.

IOSS Code when selling on your own store
If you are selling from your own website, you would also need to ensure that the IOSS code added, is selected on the 'App Settings' within Boovkault.
