How to stop Bookvault giving shipping rates in Shopify

You can disable Bookvault's automatic shipping rates under the app settings on the portal. This can be seen below. Once selected, click save and no further products will be added to the Bookvault shipping profile.

Bookvault will still continue to create and manage the shipping profile, but products will no longer be assigned as default.
