How do I export my Word document with embedded fonts?

In Microsoft Word:

  1. Go to File.
  2. Select Export.
  3. Choose Create PDF/XPS Document.
  4. Before publishing the PDF, select Options.
  5. Enable PDF/A compliant.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Choose Publish to create your PDF.
