How Do I Connect WooCommerce to Bookvault?

Learn how to install the Bookvault WooCommerce plugin, connect your store and link products for fulfilment.


You can connect a WooCommerce store to Bookvault directly using the Bookvault WooCommerce plugin.

You don't need to contact Bookvault Support to enable the connection.

How do I install the Bookvault WooCommerce plugin?

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to Plugins and search for the Bookvault plugin.
  3. Install and activate the plugin.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompt to log in and authenticate your Bookvault account.

Once authenticated, your WooCommerce store will be connected to Bookvault.

How do I connect my products?

Once your store is connected, you can either:

  • set up a product through the Apps section of your Bookvault account and push it to WooCommerce, or
  • connect an existing WooCommerce product back to the relevant Bookvault title.

Why don't I see Bookvault shipping rates yet?

Bookvault shipping rates are supplied through the API once your store connection is active.

If the Bookvault Shipping section in WooCommerce doesn't show rates before the connection is completed, this is expected and doesn't necessarily indicate a problem.
