Guide - How to view an order?

So, you’ve placed an order and want to check up progress on it. You can do that all through the Bookvault portal.

STEP 1:
First of all, use the navigation pane on the left hand side of the page and select ‘View An Order’

STEP 2:
This will take you through to the order tracking page, you will see your most recent orders and be able to monitor their progress through production. 

STEP 3:
The green circles are filled in through various points of production. The first point is when the order is initially created on our system, it is then acknowledged and approved. The order is then sent to print, printed and bound, and then packed up ready for collection by our courier or postal service. Then at the end of the month, the order would be included in your summary invoice, or invoice to pay if you are on a credit account with us. You can see the date and time of each stage by hovering over the green circle. 

STEP 4:
Need a recap of what was ordered? Simply click ‘View Lines’ against any order, and this will expand the order to show all the different titles that were ordered, as well as the quantities.

STEP 5:
You can also check the order summary page to get this information and more, click ‘View Order’ against the order you want to check.

STEP 6:
Below shows the order summary page, this page gives all the details about the order. The reference number, our BV reference number that  can help us find your order when speaking on the phone, email or live chat. The status of the order is indicated here, alongside the delivery address selected and the shipping options. A full breakdown of costs is at the bottom of this page. STEP 7:
If you have pages and pages of orders, you can use the search function in the top right. You are able to search for your order in various different ways;
you can search by the order number, the title name, the ISBN number, recipient or even post code for delivery. When you start typing in, you can either select one of the items from the drop down to enter the order management page, or hit enter on your keyboard to view all the orders that are meeting your search critera.
