Getting your next title ready for bookvault and want to make sure your files are just right? Download our custom templates from bookvault to ensure they’re perfect for the specification.
If you have not added your title to the system yet, you can access this through the quote tool here; https://quote.bookvault.app/
Once you have gone through the quote tool and input all of your specification, on the summary page, there is the option to download templates.
Our system will start creating the necessary files, depending on the specification you have submitted, you may be supplied with;
- Dustjacket template
- Cover template
- Interior template
Once our system have created these, you can click on the 'Download' button and then use these to make sure the files you are uploading to Bookvault will be accepted.
Downloading templates from the Bookvault portal
If you already have a Bookvault account and wanted to download templates from titles you've already added, it couldn't be easier.
Navigate to the 'View your titles' tab on the portal, click 'More Details' and there will be a templates option.
Simply click on the templates option and a window will pop up giving you the download options.
How to download templates with a Publishing Project
So you've opted for a Bookvault publishing project, and now you want to download your templates.
When you're signed into Bookvault, navigate to the 'Publishing Projects' dashboard; then navigate to the 'Upload Now' section as seen below.
You will now be on the file management page, and will see an option to select 'Sizing Templates'
The system will then generate templates based on your specific sizing, you will just need to click on the relevant option and then you'll be able to download the template.
