Is there any VAT on Books?

Bookvault print and ship from the UK where there is 0% VAT on books, however, VAT would be applicable depending on the destination of the order. 

For example, an order printed and shipped by Bookvault to France, would be applicable for the France VAT rate of 5.5% upon delivery.
