How Do I Change or Reset My Bookvault Password?

If you've forgotten your Bookvault password, you can reset it directly from the Bookvault login screen.

How to reset a forgotten password

1. Go to the Bookvault login page

Open the Bookvault login screen and select Forgot Password, located just above the login button.

2. Enter your email address

You'll be taken to the Reset Your Password screen.

Enter the email address registered to your Bookvault account and select Reset Now.

3. Check your email

Bookvault will send a password-reset email to your registered email address.

It should normally arrive within a couple of minutes. If you can't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Open the email and select Reset Now.

4. Create your new password

You'll be taken to a page where you can create your new password.

Enter your new password in both fields, making sure:

• Both passwords match
• Your new password meets the displayed password criteria

Once you're happy, select Confirm.

You can then log back into your Bookvault account using your new password.

What if I don't receive the password-reset email?

First, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you've entered the email address registered to your Bookvault account.
