Find out what to do if you're having problems installing, uninstalling or reinstalling the Bookvault app for your eCommerce store.
If you've encountered a problem while setting up your store and you're unable to uninstall or reinstall the Bookvault app, contact our support team so we can help reset the connection.
What information should I send Bookvault?
You can contact us at customers@bookvault.app or submit a support ticket through the Bookvault portal.
When contacting us, please include the URL of your online store so we can identify the connection.
If you're using Shopify
If you're contacting us about a Shopify store, make sure you provide your full Shopify URL including:
.myshopify.com
This helps our team locate the correct store connection.
If you're using Payhip
If Payhip shows an “Unable to authenticate store” error, first remove or disable the Bookvault app from your Payhip store.
Then contact Bookvault Support and confirm that you've removed the connection.
Our team can remove the existing Payhip connection from the Bookvault side, allowing you to reinstall the app and create a fresh connection.
If the issue continues after reconnecting, send us details of the error you're seeing so we can investigate further.
What happens next?
Once we've received your request, our team can remove the existing connection from our database.
You'll then be able to perform a fresh installation of the Bookvault app and reconnect your store
