Can you upload my files for me?

Bookvault is a self-service platform, giving authors and publishers control over uploading and managing their own book files. If you're having trouble uploading your files, there are guides and support available to help.

Bookvault operates as a self-service system, which helps us keep our book printing costs competitive by minimising the administration required when setting up titles.

For this reason, you'll need to upload your book files directly through the Bookvault portal.

What should I do if my files won't upload?

If you're having problems uploading your cover or interior files, we recommend checking the Bookvault Help Centre first. We have a range of guides covering file preparation, uploading and common file errors.

What if I'm getting an upload error?

If you've followed our guides but are still unable to upload your files or are receiving an error, please email customers@bookvault.app.

When contacting us, include:

  • A screenshot of the error you're seeing
  • An explanation of what happens when you try to upload your file

This will help our team understand the issue and provide the appropriate support.
