Can Bookvault Add My Title for Me?

Find out how to add a title to Bookvault and what to do if you need help setting up your book.

Bookvault is designed as a self-service platform, so titles need to be added to your account by you rather than being manually created by the Bookvault team.

Keeping the platform self-service helps us minimise administration and keep our print costs competitive.

What if I'm having trouble adding my title?

If you're having difficulty setting up your title, we'd recommend checking our Help Centre guides first.

If you're receiving an error and still can't continue,  Email: customers@bookvault.app

Please include:

  • A screenshot of the error
  • An explanation of what you're trying to do
  • Details of where in the title setup process you're having the problem

This will help our team understand the issue and advise you.

What if my problem is uploading the files?

If you've successfully created your title but are having problems uploading your cover or interior PDFs, use our separate file-upload guidance.
