Can I Change or Add Books to My Order?

Find out what you can and can't change after placing a Bookvault order, including adding books, changing quantities and updating delivery details.

 Once a Bookvault order has been created, you can't edit the books or quantities included in the order. 

Can I add another book to an existing order?

No. Once the order has been created, additional books can't be added to it.

If you need another book, you'll need to either place a separate order or, where possible, cancel the existing order and place it again with the correct books and quantities.

Can I change the quantity?

No. The books and quantities in an existing order can't be adjusted once the order has been created.

What can I change after placing an order?

Although the contents of the order can't be changed, you can edit the:

  • Delivery destination
  • Delivery service

Can I cancel the order and place it again?

If your order hasn't progressed too far, you may be able to cancel it and place a new order with the correct books or quantities.

Orders can be cancelled through the Bookvault portal while they're at the Created or Approved stage. Once they've progressed further through production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
