Does my cover need to be matt?
Yes. Your cover stock must have a matt finish for the BookvaultBespoke special foiling options to become available.
If the option isn't appearing while you're setting up your title, check both:
- The binding you've selected
- The cover finish you've selected
If your title is eligible, you'll need to supply your printed cover artwork and foiling artwork as separate files.
We've got a full guide covering the artwork requirements here:
How to Prepare and Upload Artwork for BookvaultBespoke Foiling
The foiling artwork should use a white background with the areas to be foiled supplied in black, and the cover and foil files need to have matching dimensions.
