Why have I received an email saying ‘Your account has dropped below £25’?
If you have connected an eCommerce platform - such as Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, or Payhip -to your Bookvault account, our system will automatically send this email when your balance falls below the fixed £25 threshold and you have no saved payment card on your account.
This alert is designed to prevent issues where orders placed on your store are sent to Bookvault but cannot progress because there are no funds or active payment methods available. In these cases, the orders will remain as draft orders and will not move into production.
How to stop these emails
You can prevent this notification by either:

Adding funds to your Bookvault account

Saving a payment card to your account
To do this, go to the Payments page. On the right-hand side, you will see the different transaction types and the option to add a card for each.
Because Bookvault works with printers globally, we process transactions in GBP (£), USD ($) and AUD ($) - so you will need to save a payment card for each currency you intend to use.
Emails are typically sent up to three times, and then they stop automatically.
