How do I change my email address?

To update the email address linked to your account, please contact our support team.
For security reasons, your request must be sent from your current registered email address, and you should clearly state the new email address you would like us to update it to.

If you no longer have access to your registered email address, we will need to verify that you are the account holder. Please provide as many of the following details as possible:

• Your billing address

• ISBNs registered under your account

• Recent order or receipt numbers

• Any other relevant account information that helps confirm ownership

Once your identity has been verified, our team will update the email address on your account.
After the change has been processed, you can simply log in using your new email address and your existing password.
