How do I change my password?

You can update your password directly from within the Bookvault portal.
Once logged in, navigate to your Profile page and select Change Password.
You will then be asked to enter your current password and choose a new password.

Password Requirements

Your new password must include:

• At least 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
  
  

If you’ve forgotten your password

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it from the login page:
https://auth.bookvault.app/authorize

Click Forgotten Password, enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please note: The reset link is time-limited and will expire after 30 minutes.
