So, you’ve got a Bookvault account, but you can’t remember your password!
Don’t worry! It happens to the best of us! In this tutorial, we’ll go through how to reset our password so you can get back into your account in no time! First, you will need to visit the login screen, you can find this on the Bookvault homepage or access it here
STEP 1:
Next, you’ll need to click on the ‘Forgot Password’ text just above the log in button.
STEP 2:
This will then direct you to ‘Reset Your Password’ screen. Here, you will want to put the email address registered to your account and click the ‘Reset Now’ button.
STEP 3:
A password reset email should then be sent directly to your inbox. This should arrive in a couple of minutes. If you can’t see it, make sure to check your spam/junk folders! Click on the ‘Reset Now’ button
STEP 4:
This will take you to a page where you can reset your password. Make sure that both your passwords match and meet our password criteria. Once you’re happy, click the ‘Confirm’ button, and you’ll be back into your account!
