Why Is My Book Not Available to Print in the US, Canada or Australia?

Bookvault has its own print facility in the UK, where the full range of options in the quote tool is available.

Bookvault also works with print partners in the US, Canada and Australia, but those partners do not support every Bookvault specification.

How can I see where my book can be printed?

When setting up your book or getting a quote, look at the country flags in the top-left corner.

These show which locations can print the specification you have selected.

As you change options such as:

• binding type
• paper
• page count

the available print locations will update automatically.

Why do some print locations disappear?

Some production options are only available in certain countries.

For example, if you select Saddle Stitch, which is currently available in the UK only, the other country flags will no longer remain available.

Can another regional print partner produce my book instead?

Our print partners in the US, Canada and Australia fulfil orders domestically within their own country.

This means that if your book specification isn't available from the print partner in the destination country, the order won't be moved to another regional print partner.

For example, if a book can't be produced by our Canadian print partner but the specification is available in the US, it won't be printed in the US and shipped across the border to Canada.

Instead, the book can be produced through our UK facility, which supports international shipping.

Can Bookvault still ship my book internationally?

Yes.

Bookvault's UK facility can ship internationally, so your book can still be fulfilled even when its specification isn't available through one of our regional print partners.
