What surcharges are currently being charged?

€3 Small Order Surcharge for the EU

Any order delivered from outside the EU after July 1st 2026 are subject to a €3 surcharge per HS code. As part of the collection process our carrier charges an additional 4% fee and converts the value into GBP, so the value can differ depending on exchange rate. This value is added to your order as a surcharge which you'll see at the bottom of the order page.

If you're using an integration such as Shopify, WooCommerce etc, there's 2 ways you can collect this:

- Use a tax collection plugin such as EAS

- Toggle collection in the app settings of your integration
