How Do I Include an Invoice, Packing List or Insert With My Bookvault Order?
Learn how to use a Supplementary PDF to include your own invoice, branded packing list, welcome letter or other document with a Bookvault order.
When placing an order with Bookvault, you can attach a Supplementary PDF to be printed at dispatch and included with your shipment.
This is particularly useful when you're sending books directly to your customers and want to include your own branded documentation.
What can I include in a Supplementary PDF?
Your Supplementary PDF could be:
- An invoice for your customer
- A branded packing or picking list
- A welcome or thank-you letter
- Another document you'd like included with the shipment
Simply supply the document as a PDF when placing your order.
Does Bookvault include its own invoice or receipt?
No. If you're sending an order directly to your customer, Bookvault doesn't include an invoice or receipt showing the cost of the goods.
The standard documentation sent with the printed books is a picking sheet confirming the ISBN and quantities ordered.
If you'd like your customer to receive an invoice or another branded document, you can supply your own using the Supplementary PDF option.
Is Bookvault white labelled?
Bookvault operates as a white-label service, so orders are shipped without Bookvault logos, identifiers or costs on the packaging.
There is a return address on the shipping label for logistical purposes, but it doesn't contain Bookvault branding.
