Where on my book can I get foil stamping?

Foil stamping is only available on 'Case Bound - Cloth' books, you can choose where the text is displayed on your cover and spine, but not the back of the book as there's no stamping available there. 

Note - Please ensure you fill in the 'foil text' or this will be left blank
