I'm sending directly to my customer, will you send an invoice/receipt?

No, we are aware a lot of Bookvault customers will be sending orders directly to clients so we do not include any receipt/invoice of the goods.

The only documentation we send along with the printed book, is the picking sheet confirming the ISBN and quantities ordered.
