How to Create a Book Collection in Bookvault

Book Collections let you organise titles on your Bookvault Shop into themed groups, giving customers another way to browse your books.

How do I create a new collection?

From the Bookvault Shop management page, find the Book Collections section and select:

+ Create Collection

This opens the Create New Collection window.

What details do I need to add?

Under Collection Details, enter:

• a Collection Name
• a short Description

The description can contain up to 140 characters.

What images can I add to my collection?

You can upload artwork for your collection using the following specifications:

• Collection Thumbnail: JPG, maximum 5MB, 283 × 350px
• Desktop Banner: JPG, maximum 2MB, 1200–3000px wide × 350px high
• Mobile Banner: JPG, maximum 1MB, 600 × 312.5px

The image fields are not marked as required, so a collection can be created without uploading them.

How do I add books to the collection?

In Select Books for this Collection, search for your titles or browse the available books.

Select a book by clicking its cover.

A green checkmark and Selected label confirm that the book has been added. Selected books also appear in the Selected Products section.

You can add multiple books to the same collection.

If you add a book by mistake, use the red delete icon beside the title in Selected Products to remove it before creating the collection.

How do I publish the collection?

Once you have added your collection details, selected your books and uploaded any artwork you want to use, select:

Create Collection

Your collection will then appear under Your Collections in the Book Collections section.
