How long does it take to validate a file? 

When you upload a book file to Bookvault, the time it takes to process and validate can vary depending on the file size and your internet connection.

Smaller files on a fast connection will normally process within a few minutes.

What does “Pending” mean?

If your file is showing as Pending, this doesn't mean that Bookvault is still processing or validating the file.

A Pending status means the file hasn't successfully saved to the Bookvault system.

If you see this status, try uploading the file again.

What if my file still won't upload?

If you've tried uploading the file again and it continues to remain Pending or fails to upload, first check that your PDF meets Bookvault's file requirements.

• a screenshot of what you're seeing
• details of what happens when you try to upload the file
