Does Bookvault Distribute eBooks?

Bookvault is primarily focused on printing, fulfilment and distribution of physical books.

At present, Bookvault does not distribute eBooks through its retail distribution network.

Can I distribute an eBook through Bookvault?

No.

Bookvault’s distribution service is designed for printed books rather than digital editions.

That means eBooks are not sent to retailers such as Amazon Kindle, Apple Books or Kobo through Bookvault.

Can I still sell an eBook separately?

Yes.

You can manage and distribute your eBook independently through a dedicated digital publishing platform.

Depending on where you want your eBook to be available, this could include platforms such as:

Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing
Apple Books
Kobo
Other eBook distribution services

Your printed edition can still be produced and distributed through Bookvault separately.

Can I use the same book title for print and eBook editions?

Yes, but the print and digital editions are separate products.

They may use the same book title and author details, but each format should be managed independently through the relevant publishing or distribution platform.

Do eBooks need a separate ISBN?

An eBook may require its own ISBN depending on the platform, territory and how you choose to publish it.

If you are using an ISBN for your digital edition, it should not normally be the same ISBN used for the paperback or hardback version.

Can I use Bookvault for print while using another platform for eBooks?

Yes.

You can use Bookvault for your physical books while managing your eBook distribution elsewhere.

This lets you use Bookvault for print-on-demand production, fulfilment and retail distribution without affecting how your digital edition is published.

Does Bookvault plan to offer eBook distribution?

Bookvault’s current distribution service focuses on physical books.

If digital distribution is introduced in future, the Help Centre and Bookvault platform would be the best places to check for updated information.
