I can't view my Book Preview, the button is greyed out

The Book Previewer will not be selectable until files have been uploaded and these have passed through our validation checks, it will then take a bit of time to generate the preview itself. 

You can currently view all bindings, except case bound cloth. The previewer also does not currently show jackets and endpapers.
