Why Is My Layout or 3D Proof Button Greyed Out?

If your Layout Proof or 3D Proof button is greyed out, your files are usually still Pending Validation.

The proof options are not available until your files have been successfully validated.

Go to your title and select Validate Now next to the relevant files.

Once validation has completed successfully, allow around 10 minutes for the Layout Proof and 3D Proof options to become available.

For a Bookvault Publishing Project, you need to have reached the Files Supplied stage before the proofing options become available.

If you have not supplied your files yet, select Upload Now.

If your files have already been uploaded, select Replace Files to access the file management page.
