How Do I Add and Use My IOSS Code With Bookvault?

Learn how to add your IOSS code to Bookvault and select it for manual orders or orders placed through your connected eCommerce store.

If you've registered for an IOSS code, you can add it to your Bookvault account. Bookvault can then send this information to the courier to help your order pass through customs.

How do I add my IOSS code to Bookvault?

Add your IOSS code from the Profile page of your Bookvault account.

Once the code has been added to your profile, it can be selected when required for your orders.

 How do I use my IOSS code for a manual order?

When placing a manual order through Bookvault, you can select the IOSS code you've added to your profile.

Bookvault can then pass the selected IOSS information to the courier to assist with customs processing.

 How do I use my IOSS code when selling through my own website?

If you're selling through your own connected eCommerce store, adding the IOSS code to your Bookvault profile isn't the only step.

You'll also need to make sure your IOSS code is selected within App Settings in Bookvault.
